The Andy Boyd Company (ABCO) currently operates three subsidiaries to service the offshore energy market. ABCO products (API) designs and manufactures subsea clamps, bend restrictors, umbilical accessories, hydraulic controls and custom engineered products for offshore applications. ABCO Subsea Associates (ASA) provides engineering consulting expertise to the offshore energy market. ABCO manufactures multi-input shuttle valves, as a licensee of MPV technology, and of hydraulic controls for subsea equipment.
