The company is the patent holder for the Tri-Catenary mooring system, TCMS®, a flexible and effective station-keeping and production system for mooring FPSO vessels and floating storage tankers in marginal fields in water depths from ultra-shallow water (55m) to ultra-deepwater (over 800m). The MSL Spooler Rental Division is a one-stop-shop for engineers and project managers who require reliable, efficient and adaptable systems for a specific project. From its 4,200 sqm warehouse and quayside facilities in Montrose, Tayside, the division has supplied spooling units range from 16 tonne to 400 tonne capacity to projects in the North Atlantic, North Sea, Gulf of Mexico and the Far East.
