CARIS produces marine and hydrographic software for all anticipated geospatial data collection, processing and production needs within the broad marine environment. This software is grouped into these categories: -Bathymetric survey processing, cleaning, analysis and presentation software for cleaning multibeam and singlebeam echosounder and sidescan sonar imagery data. -Packages for calculating offshore territorial boundaries. The software has been designed with the most comprehensive, reliable and accurate set of tools available for calculation, evaluation and maximization of a State’s territorial boundaries. -Software packages for the creation maintenance and management of vector charts. These include charts in the international standard format of IHO S-57/ENC and DIGEST DNC. -Raster navigational chart creation, maintenance and management is also accomplished using CARIS software producing charts in HCRF or BSB format.
