CCA specializes in Operating/Fair Market Value leases and currently has a lease portfolio in excess of $400,000,000, including computer, networking, medical and office equipment. Unlike many independent lessors, CCA finances all of our transactions independently and holds the title to and services all of our leases throughout the duration of each lease. We buy FMV lease portfolios from banks, independents & captives. We are particularly interested in IT, Medical, Office and Material Handling equipment. Over the last decade, CCA has purchased 24 lease portfolios with total OEC values exceeding $400MM.
