iReservoir is a high-technology, Denver-based consulting group with a newly opened satellite Houston office. Our staff includes experienced engineers, petrophysicists, geologists, and geophysicists with world-wide experience in virtually all types of reservoirs and fluid systems. We specialize in integrated studies that merge geologic, geophysical, and engineering data, both old and new, into a coherent reservoir management model for field development decisions and uncertainty analysis. We typically employ a parallel, iterative workflow that accelerates project completion and ensures true, multidisciplinary integration.

iReservoir.com has also developed their "iProject" software, a web-based reservoir characterization collaborative tool capable of enabling travel-free project data assembly, data QC, and progress monitoring among world-wide locations. We actively use this software world-wide to assemble, document, and archive 3-d reservoir modeling projects.

Our geoscience staff has diverse experience integrating structural, stratigraphic, and sedimentologic interpretation. We practise high-resolution sequence stratigraphy with particular attention to reservoir-scale issues. We often use seismic AI/EI inversion modeling to condition rock properties for use in 3D reservoir geomodels and some exploration applications. On a project specific basis we determine how to use 3D seismic anywhere within the soft-to-hard spectrum of seismic conditioning. We espouse a fit-for-purpose software philosophy, commonly building high-resolution geomodels for eventual upscaling and dynamic simulation.

Our operations-oriented reservoir engineering staff have both black-oil and compositional modeling experience, including Equation-of-State simulation for reservoir fluid characterization. We employ a complete suite of simulators for modeling studies. We also have diverse experience in fluid-flow modeling of fractured reservoirs.
