T-REX Engineering + Construction, headquartered in Houston, TX, provides engineering, fabrication and EPCI services—both onshore and offshore—for the energy industry. Experience includes designing, building and testing of subsea equipment such as manifolds, PLETs, PLEMs, ILS and jumpers as well as EPCI experience with shallow water platforms. T-REX recently completed an EPCI project (3 shallow water platforms) for the state-owned oil company of Ecuador. Additionally, T-REX received our largest project award to date for another EPCI project (2 shallow water platforms) in offshore Peru. We can currently provide 20,000 to 25,000 man-hours of fabrication labor per month and 2,000 to 2,500 man-hours of project management services per month. We have also demonstrated our ability to rapidly scale man-hour capacity if needed to fast-track client projects. We can also provide 2,000 to 2,500 man-hours per month of in-house engineering services. Capabilities include Concept Development, Finite Element Analysis, Subsea Processing, Fatigue, Plate Buckling, Installation Engineering and Global Structural Analysis. We also offer 3D Animations for simulation, fabrication fit-up, field development, concept visualization and installation procedures.
