Within the Aberdeen practice all our consultants have held a minimum of 20 years operational recruitment experience including working for Operators and Service companies in the oil industry before specialising in Executive Search 'Headhunting'. The majority of our consultants hold the professional qualification and 'Fellow’ status of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development' (FCIPD).

The Oil and Gas practice of NBS Norman Broadbent is based in Aberdeen with representatives in London, Manchester, Asia Pacific, Paris, Madrid and the USA.
