Subsea Systems, Inc. is a multifaceted fabrication company with years of diversified manufacturing experience. Where we provide welding and cladding services for primarily the Oil & Gas Industry we are much more than that. Subsea Systems has almost 500 qualified weld procedures for materials ranging from mild steel to 8630 110KSI Minimum Yield Materials. These weld procedures include 300 and 400 Series Stainless Steels, Duplex, and Super Duplex Materials as well. Additionally these Weld Procedures ASTM A-514 (T1) and Aluminum. We have and will qualify new weld procedures at our customers request should your project require. Our services range from OMC Fabrication to full line Turnkey Manufacturing. Products include Low Pressure and High Pressure Piping systems, Headers, Manifolds, Structural Fabrication such as Skids, Handling Systems for Semi-Submersible/Drill ship style Drilling Rigs. We have 5 acres with a 42,000 square foot Manufacturing building with a 90% concrete pad, 7-10 ton bridge cranes, 2-15 ton bridge cranes, We have a hydrostatic test pit that tests up to 22,500 psi. and we also have localized Post Weld Heat treat. We have ASME “U” and “R” stamps, ISO 9001 QMS, API, ABS, and DNV certifications.
