MetalForce is located in Roy Utah, We have been in business for over 15 years providing metal fabrication services to a number of companies in and out of the intermountain area. We offer a wide range of fabrication services, having produced individual metal components, tanks and structural welded assemblies for our customers. Some of our capabilities include: • Punching – Precision punching through ¼”thk steel • Plasma – Up to 3”thk steel plate. One of the two machines we have has four cutting heads, two of which are high-definition. The bed size is in excess of 12’ X 60’. • Laser – Precision cuts through 3/8”thk steel plate. • Forming – Capable of up to 3/8”thk steel plate. • Rolling – Close tolerance rolling with 3/8”thk X 10’ long capacity. • Welding – Full compliment talent & equipment. • Sawing – Horizontal Band and Chop Saws for a wide variety of structural shapes, tube and pipe cutting. • Machining – Drilling, tapping, milling and lathe work is readily available. MetalForce understands the necessity in providing quality product, shipped on-time at a competitive cost. We have many years of fabrication experience and have provided our services to a wide variety of customers in many industries.
