Warren Services provides high quality manufactured components and mechanical / electrical sub assemblies to agreed schedules offering turnkey solutions in engineering and design. 25Precision CNC Milling and Turning machines Fabrication, Welding, Finishing Large scale fabrications of up to 25m in length, in varying materials, are within our capability. Finishing processes include shot blasting, spray painting and powder coating. Electromechanical Assembly and Test We are able to offer this in a dedicated assembly site with fully qualified electricians and fitters. Dynamic Water Jet Cutting® Water is pressurised to 60,000 psi and forced through a diamond or sapphire orifice ranging from 0.1 – 0.25mm. The dynamic head provides a straight square edge to the finished profile reducing the need for machining. Laser Folding Cell 4kW CNC laser profiling centre and a 220 tonne 4m CNC. ISO9001:2008 QMS standard registration we are now actively working towards the environmental standard ISO 14001 as well as health and safety standard OHSAS 18001.
