Vulcan SFM has the full resources of Sheffield Forgemasters to complete your project on-time and to your specifications. We have an integrated manufacturing facility which comprises unrivalled metallurgical expertise, 90 tonne electric arc furnace, 4000 and 10000 tonne open die forging presses, heat treatment, quench and extensive machining capabilities. Also onsite we have a dedicated mechanical test house and inspection capabilities. We typically have inspectors onsite and available as we focus our activities on the Oil and Gas sector. We appoint a dedicated project manager to handle your order. The Project Manager acts as a focal point to make sure technical and commercial questions are addressed quickly and ensures your order is managed correctly.
