Company Overview: The Energy Exchange
The Energy Exchange consists of two networks of professionals -- a technical network and a financial network. The engineers and geologists at the Energy Exchange keep technical reports on file describing hundreds of available producing properties and drilling prospects. Oil companies wanting to sell assets or finance drilling projects may list them with the Energy Exchange.
Access to the technical reports and funding sources is available only to the members of the Energy Exchange. Membership in the technical network is limited to engineers, geologists and financial professionals.
The Energy Exchange also maintains the acquisition criteria of hundreds of financial sources in its database. The Energy Exchange matches buyers and sellers, always protecting the identity of all parties until a property description matches a purchaser's criteria.
The Energy Exchange was founded by David H. Mangum, a registered petroleum engineer, geologist and financial specialist with over 30 years experience with companies such as Mobil, Shell, Schlumberger, and Coastal.
