Gateway Pipeline Company owns 21 natural gas operating systems in major onshore producing basins in Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. These systems have approximately 150 miles of 2-inch to 8-inch pipelines, related compressors and other equipment. The systems gather and transport natural gas under back-to-back purchase and sales agreements or for a tariff fee. GPC also owns interests in two joint ventures located in Louisiana and Texas and a partnership in Oklahoma which gather and transport natural gas under tariff arrangements.
Gateway Offshore Pipeline Company owns approximately 140 miles of 6-inch to 20-inch pipelines, a related 170' x 40' operating platform, and an onshore 35,000 barrel terminal facility servicing producers in the heart of the "Transition Zone" in Texas offshore waters and Galveston Bay. These systems are in shallow water and provide facilities to separate and dehydrate gas in large volumes and to transport over 400,000 Mcf per day of natural gas and related condensate to various markets.
