Energy services company Tendeka has appointed Brad Baker as its new chief executive officer to galvanize its growth.
Baker joins Tendeka after a 27-year career with Baker Hughes, most recently as vice president of stimulation and production enhancement. He will be based at the company’s headquarters in Westhill, Aberdeen.
“Tendeka’s vision, values and track record is impressive having achieved a number of technical and operational milestones in recent years,” Baker said in a company statement.
“I am particularly inspired by the team’s unwavering dedication to innovation and developing new and disruptive technologies around the reservoir where we are bringing forward a robust growth strategy,” he added.
Baker stated that the industry had undergone ‘incredible changes’, but said he looked forward to leading his team in this new era.
Tendeka recently announced the award of three multi-million dollar contracts in the Middle East and launched a new wireless completion technology earlier this year.
