SUBSEA SOLUTIONS was founded in 1990 and has been providing subsea technical support services to operators and drilling contractors both domestically and internationally in the upstream and downstream markets. Our personnel each have a minimum of 20 years hands-on subsea, technical and rig inspection experience, and have been involved in construction and commission of many of the rigs currently in service.

Subsea Solutions has developed a Subsea training course in intent to help our clients to comply with GOM regulations. The course utilizes 3D imaging and modeling as a training aid and revolves around the major aspects of subsea well-control equipment. By using the approach of combining the visual and hands on aspects, the students’ knowledge retention level will triple. All materials were created in house at Subsea Solutions, including drawings, course manual and all 3D models. The class is a two day course held in our facility and revolves around subsea BOP equipment from the wellhead up. Subsea 101 is designed for drilling people who want to learn the ins and outs of each piece of equipment involved with a subsea BOP stack, those that want to expand their knowledge base, or are really not that familiar with subsea BOP equipment.
