At Rigzone, we are making every effort to provide you with the best possible
online shopping experience. In order to keep your shipping costs as low as
possible, we calculate shipping and handling costs based on the weight and
destination of your order. This calculation is performed real-time during
the checkout process. Rigzone primarily ships international orders via International
Courier Systems and domestic (U.S.) orders via FedEx Ground.
Processing and Shipping Times:
Shipping times will vary, however, most domestic (U.S.) orders take 1-3 days transit time while most international orders take 2-4 days transit time. Transit time refers to the time it takes for a carrier, such as FedEx, to deliver a package from our office to your location. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is shipped, which will include the carrier and tracking number for your package (when available).
Processing time from order receipt to shipment depends on the stock status of the items in your order. If all items in your order are in stock, your order will usually ship within 1-3 business days. If any items in your order are not in stock, your order will usually ship in 5-7 business days. The total time required to receive your order will be based on the processing time plus the transit time. Please note that from time to time a product may go on backorder, which may delay the processing of your order by several days or weeks.
International Orders:
Please note that if you place an order to be shipped internationally (outside the U.S.), the country in which you receive your package may require you to pay customs, duties, or some other form of import taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for all such taxes, fees, and charges. The shipping and handling fees charged by Rigzone cover only the actual shipping costs to move an order from our location to your delivery address.
