The Winlie Group of Companies was founded in Merseyside, England , in 1974 to provide manufacturing and repair services to the Container Industry.
WCC Refurb/Offshore Ltd. is located in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Our facilities include a 70,000 sq. ft manufacturing plant and a 40 ton capacity Hydralic Test rig capable of handling equipment to 60' in length for prototype, routine and non destructive testing. Container design concepts include general cargo, mini and maxi units, baskets, A60 modules, gen-set housings and workshops. WCC is an ISO 9002 certified facility. We also hold a Manufacturers Survey Agreement (MSA) with DNV> Capabilities proven by Atlantic Canada and North Sea Projects.
