After 10 years as a software house serving the freight forwarding and storage industry, a unique Wellstock solution was developed providing inventory control , procurement, budget and asset management for Oil and Gas production ,service, and tool and equipment hire companies, managing their own, National and International, Rig, Well and Warehouse locations.
The database is hosted on the clients server, with pass word controlled remote access granted to authorised staff. Data is uploaded reqularly to a web based application allowing third parties, including supplies, to add supply chain detail and goods despatch and receipt detail.
A most important part of the system is the addition of intelligent, comprehensive nominal codes added for every stock or service item or purchase, enabling imeadiate production of Stock, Purchase and Budget value reporting and asset management
