? Supervise Landmen assigned to specific project areas or responsibility.

? Direct drilling and work-over programs by maintaining and scheduling required land negotiations, lease acquisitions, unit agreements, operating agreements, farm-out & farm-in agreements.
? Specialize in landowner relations and expert testimony at commission hearings.
? Focus on acquisition and divestiture of producing and non-producing oil and gas properties, pipeline systems, and undeveloped real estate.
? Frequently verify working interests and net revenue interests of producing properties.
? Automate systems to expedite efficiency and reduce operating cost.
? Manage Land Records, communicate with all internal departments, set priorities, timelines and manage progress reports for strategic planning, presentations and acquisitions with third party ventures.
? Prospect scans, oil & gas exploration strategies, field development and operations counsel to companies seeking expert Landman experience.
