Tipperary Corporation is an independent energy company headquartered in Denver, Colorado with offices in Houston, Texas and Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Its 90% owned subsidiary, Tipperary Oil & Gas (Australia) Pty Ltd, holds a 61.25% interest in the Comet Ridge Coalbed Methane project in Queensland and two ATPs (Authority to Prospect) totaling 1,220,000 acres. The Company is in the process of divesting its domestic producing properties in connection with its redirection of focus toward increasing reserves and production of natural gas from coalbed methane properties.
