Texas Flow Iron is firmly dedicated to providing the highest quality products and services for today's oilfield industry. Founded in Henderson, Texas USA, we have been providing quality products and service to the Gulf Coast Oilfield with pricing that's second to none. Today, our main products are related to the exploration and refining of oil, these include: Pup Joints ,Integral Fittings, Cementing & Circulating Loops, Hammer Unions, Swivel Joints, and a Drilling related Pump & Valve division. Our manufacturers are ISO 9001 certified, and strictly adhere to the requirements and guidelines set forth in our manual. In addition we can provide ABS, DNV or Lloyd's approval when our customers require. Integral Fittings & Pup Joints Forged fittings with either integral connections or wing union end connections. They are available in combinations (male by male, male by female, etc.) to suit all installations. The crosses, tees, and ells are available in sizes ranging from 1" to 4" and can handle up to 15,000 psi for either standard service or sour gas service. Hammer Unions 1" to 12" and can handle pressures up to 15000 psi CWP ( cold working pressure). Available with line pipe, butt-weld or socket weld connections, our unions are interchangeable with other name brand manufacturers that adhere to industry standards. Cementing & Circulation Loops We provide hoses ranging from 1" to 4" and can handle up to 20,000 psi CWP (cold working pressure). They are also available for sour gas service and can handle 15,000 psi CWP. Swivels Joints We provide swivel joints that range from 1" to 4" and can handle up to 6,000 psi for standard service. Also available are long sweep swivel joints, which are designed to withstand working pressures of 7,500 to 20,000 psi. Long sweep swivel joints for sour service are rated up to 15,000 psi.
