Santos is Australia's largest onshore oil and gas exploration and production company. The majority of Santos' assets are located in proven Australian petroleum provinces with the principal investment being a majority working interest in the Cooper/Eromanga Basins in Central Australia.
In the past decade, Santos has expanded its business internationally to the United States and South East Asia. The Santos Group is organised around five business units reflecting Santos? principal areas of interest. These are: South Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory, Offshore Australia, South East Asia, and the United States. The Company?s objective is to provide its shareholders with a superior investment in the oil and gas industry.
