MOGIT operates in Thailand under a formal training agreement with the standards training arm of the Department of Mineral Fuels/Technical Petroleum Training Institute (DMF/TPTI). Hence, all certification is issued under dual signature. Our course structure has approval from all operators in Thailand, with major training for most offshore contractors in progress. External approvals are held with 95% of the international oil & gas operators, with other members of the M&O Group active throughout the Asia Pacific Region, the Americas and the Middle East.
Under a formal authorization for training agreement, MOGIT is the only organization, outside the Thailand Marine Department, authorized to issue STCW 95 certificate in Thailand. MOGIT also has an exclusive training agreement PVMTC in Vietnam for all specialist training services and has a similar agreement with MOSS in India.
