Rapidfire Resources Ltd. is a Calgary based junior oil and gas company with
exploration and development projects in central Alberta and southeastern
Saskatchewan.
Rapidfire commenced operations in December, 1995 as a private company and became public through an Initial Public Offering which closed February 27, 1997. Rapidfire was listed on the Alberta Stock Exchange on March 19, 1997 under the trading symbol RPF.
The Company has implemented a strategy that minimizes risk and optimizes returns by concentrating on the acquisition of producing oil and gas properties with opportunities for development. Drilling is conducted in proven and semi-proven areas where the expertise of the technical team can be fully utilized.
Currently producing 500 to 750 mmcf per day of gas the Company is currently planning additional tie-ins of gas wells and additional drilling.
