Range Resources is an independent oil and gas company operating in the Permian, Mid-continent, Gulf Coast and Appalachian regions of the United States. The Company seeks to build value primarily through lower-risk development drilling and acquisitions while, to a lesser degree, pursuing higher risk exploitation and exploration projects on its extensive inventory of undeveloped acreage.
