At Kosi we use U-O-E and at Mundra J-C-O Technology to manufacture pipes. Size range of 16" to 42" diameter or higher. With a combined capacity of 600,000 tons per annum. For higher size we can offer Spiral Helical Seam SAW Pipes and Coatings.

In addition, we offer Long Radius Pipe Bends (Hot Pulled Induction Bends), Tublars and Pipe Coatings.

Both the Kosi Kalan and Mundra facilities are approved by API (American Petroleum Institute) specifications and are certified under API 5L & 2B, besides customer specific line pipe project specifications.

We offer 3-layer Polyethylene, Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating, Concrete and Coal Tar Coating facility at Kosi Kalan.

To cater to the world requirements with global logistical advantages SAW Pipes has acquired a plant at Baytown, Texas, USA. This plant utilizes the DSAW (Double Submerged Arc Welding) adopting the U-O-E process to manufacture pipes in a size range of 24" to 48"diameter or higher. Capacity of 500,000 tons per annum.

Both facilities at Kosi Kalan and Mundra are certified by DNV for Quality ISO 9002, Environment certification ISO 14001, and Occupational Health and Safety certification of ISO 18001, reflecting its concern not only for the people but also for the environment and safety.
