Our services cover verification and re-work of all leasehold acquisition files turned in by field Landmen. Phase one: Our Title Analyst will review lease contracts, assignments, and agreements (pooling), and prepare releases of OGL if needed, report all contractual obligations, well proposals. Provide land management reports w/detailing findings.
Phase two: Valid lease records and transactions in connection with properties and interest acquired, owned, operated, or purchased are then reviewed by our Lease Analyst team. A report of all fee, federal, and state leases, minerals, and contracts for both producing and non-producing properties will be prepared. Analyze leases, wells, and unit wells to determine leases that need to be cross-referenced to the well and or/unit designation agreements defining MOR, NRI, WI, BPO and APO.
Phase Three: Our Division Order Team Leaders provide contract and regulatory compliance leadership. Deterring MI and RI within the geographical area of interest held by "The Company, while supplying DOI, DOTO reports, lease and contract obligations, general ledger reconciliation, US State and Governmental Statutes Reporting.
