NorHorizon Inc., a company wholly owned by the Serrag family of Libya, is deeply rooted and very well respected in the Libyan oil marketplace. The Serrag family has over 40 years experience bridging the gap between foreign and local oil interests. We are proud of the fact that our strategic alliances have enabled many companies to bring their business to the Libyan market with relative ease. As both, American and Libyan, citizens we are all too familiar with how to avoid the common mistakes made by companies wishing to enter the Libyan market.
