Niksam?s head offices are situated in the centre of the shipyard area of Singapore with sub offices in China, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Cilegon and Batam. Niksam are one of the most experienced marine engineering consulting and newbuild supervision/project management companies in Asia. Niksam has successfully completed more than 70 ship conversions and new buildings of FPSO?s, FSO?s, Jack Up Oil Rigs, Wind Farm Jack Up Ships, Modu?s, Mopu?s, offshore vessels to DP2 and 3,Dive Vessels to DP2, pipe lay barges with DP2 and moorings, power barges to 170MW, container ships, oil tankers, chemical tankers, bulk carriers, barges in China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Dubai and Singapore. Our FPSO division recently completed the supervision and commissioning of the conversion of a 100,000DWT oil tanker into an FPDSO. Niksam also supervised the Lentera Bangsa FSO Conversion, Satu Songkhla FSO Conversion, Belanak LPG FSO turret, Nexus Energy FPSO design studies, Sevan FPSO 320 cargo studies, FPSO Umuroa repairs and are currently assisting with the engineering on a gas FPSO and conversion of an FSO, the hot lay up of 2 FPSO?s and performed special studies on an FPSO for the BP Angola deepwater project. Niksam recently entered into an agreement with one of the largest shipyard groups in the world to commission a series of jack up oil rigs and new building ships and on their behalf. Niksam Pte has a very experienced team of marine & electrical engineers, naval architects& designers and supervision teams allowing us to create a very good reputation in newbuild and plan approval of different vessel types. Our client base consists of: Seaspan, Rio Tinto, Bibby Maritime, Seatec, VShips, ASP, BP, Modec, Conoco Phillips, APC, Drydocks World, Nexus, Hallin, Petroserv, Nobel Denton, P&O Maritime, Saipem, UMW, Leighton?s, Fabricom, Jack up Barge, Worley Parsons, Shell, Statoil, BP, Topaz and Karadeniz.
