The National Physical Science Consortium (NPSC) Graduate Fellowships in the Physical Sciences and selected engineering fields. We are an industry based program, review our Web Site, http://www.npsc.org. This program is a collaborative effort between industry and academia to rebuild our U.S. citizen scientists in the physical sciences, their subdisciplines and related engineering fields.
Opportunity for an industry Consortium member to identify outstanding undergraduates destined for Ph.D. research and offer the financial support to help them get there. It also provides our NPSC members a means to return their own employees to academia for advanced degree work and future promotion opportunities.
Other opportunity of this program is that it links the sponsoring employer through the new fellow with a prominent university for potential collaborative research.Quick Facts
