Petroleum Software Ltd is the manufacturer of a multi-phase flow meter based on a proprietary signal processing technology named ESMER (Expert System for Multiphase Metering). ESMER is an on-line multiphase flow meter suitable for use in process line applications in place of the test separator. ESMER is based on a differential device and an impedance sensor.
