Stroud Diving & Hydrography is owned by MESCO and is a 58 year old Safe diving company. We're a pipeline inland and offshore IR&M contractor with engineering and a full compliment of DOT OQ qualified personnel. We have a 50+ year archive of engineering reports and drawings on pipeline crossing sites we maintain for our operator customers. The company travels the North American continent conducting pipeline inspections and surveys to sub-foot accuracy, with differential GPS, proprietary processing software and a host of survey software and hardware, sub-bottom sonar, side scan and survey instrumentation.
