Marine structure consultants is an independent offshore rig design and engineering company, specializing in jack-ups and semi submersibles. The website highlights the MSC designs, like the CJ serie of cantilever jack-up drilling units,the DSS serie of semi submersible drilling units the engineering capabilities.
