KSTB is a global service provider servicing the O&G industry. KSTB was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 16 July 1985 as a private limited company.
It converted to a public limited company and assumed its present name of KSTB on 16 January 2003. KSTB was listed in Malaysia on 19 February 2004.
KSTB Group has over 20 years of unparalled operational track records in the provision of services to upstream onshore and offshore exploration, development, production and workover programs, for the O&G sector.
KSTB Group consists of KSTB and its subsidiary companies, Samudra Timur Sdn. Bhd. ("STSB"), Sobena Offshore Inc Sdn. Bhd. ("SOISB") and KST International Ltd ("KSTIL"). Each of these subsidiary companies has a mainstray in distinct oil and gas related business namely :-
