JESCO Pipeline specializes in pipeline construction, maintenance, testing and repair. We also offer turnkey construction; we will design and build all aspects of a proposed line including negotiation of right of way. Our employees are OQ qualified and trained to observe and react to abnormal operating conditions. Our main office is located in the heart of the Barnett Shale in Decatur, Texas, but our geography is not limited to any particular area. We currently have projects underway in Texas (Permian Basin) as well as Southeast New Mexico (Hobbs & Lovington).
Dan Williamson and Gabino Rosa formed JESCO Pipeline in 2003. Dan, owner of Safety First and Gabino, owner of Rosa Welding represent over sixty years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
