Javelin Corp. was founded by R.E. (Robert) Wichert, M.S., P.E., who is the President and CEO and is based in Houston, Texas. Robert has extensive experience as an operations and production engineer with independent producers in North America, on and offshore, and can relate to operators' needs first hand.
