We are professional land persons with years of experience in all areas of land work. However, all landmen are not created equally and should other be required to assist us on a given assignment, not only will we only use land persons who have at least five years of full time land work experience in the area of service we are to perform, but we will make certain that they have the proper hands on experience in the area of our assignment. We would never trust someone to assist us with a due diligence assignment who had never worked on such an assignment, nor would we ask someone to do a run sheet that had only had experience in buying leases.
