The Independent Petroleum Association of Mountain States (IPAMS) is a non-profit, non-partisan trade association that is committed to environmentally responsible development of natural gas and oil. IPAMS represents independent oil and natural gas producers, service and supply companies, banking and financial institutions, and industry consultants in the Rocky Mountain region, including the states of Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, New Mexico, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
