I.L.C. Utilities was founded in 1990 by Ian Logan as a general utility and pipe laying company.
By 1997 it was evident that there was a continuing increase in enquiries into directional drilling so I.L.C. purchased their first drilling rig. Order book levels rose and the decision was made to expand more into directional drilling, in which, over the years we have purchased a total of 8 new machines. At present we run 4 machines, with the oldest being 2 years old. At present we have 2 18 ton machines working in Saudi Arabia on long-term contracts. The other 2, an 18 ton and a 35 ton, are at work in the UK.
I.L.C. will take on full turnkey projects for utility and pipe laying contracts, which include open cut and directional drilling. Quick Facts
