We have 20 years experience working on specialist projects for managed pressure drilling, underbalanced drilling and well testing.
We perform detailed surveys of jack-up and semi-submersible rigs to determine how MPD and UBD equipment can be installed and integrated to enable difficult wells to be drilled successfully.
During surveys we inspect the deck and supporting steelwork, identify system interfaces, plot crane access and skidding routes, and note operational and safety requirements. We then prepare a project design package including P&ID?s, layouts, stack-up diagrams and 3D visualisation, if required.We design and arrange manufacture of equipment such as Choke Manifolds, Mud Gas Separators, Skid Packages, Meter Runs, Risers, Spools and X-overs.
