Global Communications Systems, Inc. located in Fairport, NY provides a complete range of satellite communications systems and services. GCS has recently introduced the smallest OceanLink B Inmarsat B Marine system capable of voice, fax and high speed data. The 64 kbps data is used for Internet surfing, large file transfers, videoconferencing (VTC) and telemedicine. VTC is accomplished by linking remote sites or vessels to land based facilites or other remote users worldwide utilizing satellite connectivity and video conferencing systems. GCS offers a variety of Inmarsat terminals, C-Band/Ku-Band and bundled videoconferencing systems with data rates ranging from 2.4 kbps - 1544 kbps (T-1). As a system integrator we strive to provide custom systems to offer any combination of remote voice, fax, data, and video communications.
