Fortrec was established in 1994 to promote and develop growth in the petrochemicals sector. Today, the company?s involvement is not limited to just trading, but now includes adding value to existing business.

Through its financing arm, the company also provides credit as well as enters into processing arrangements with Indonesian and Thailand companies. In return, the company takes products and sells these in the international markets. In most cases, the products are sold though exchanges and other forms of term arrangements.

In the petrochemicals sectors, we help in the marketing and distribution of products such as P.X., PTA, MEG, DOP, Butadiene, Pygas, Heavy Aromatics and Caprolactam, to name a few.

In the petroleum sectors, we market Mogas, Middle Distillates, Fuel Oil, etc mainly in the region with particular emphasis on Mogas and Mogas blending components.

In shipping field, we help end users to reduce logistics cost by pooling enquiries and operating vessels on time charters.
