Our mobile deepwater team offers operators, contractors and NOCs a way of managing risks by providing a complete wells engineering and project management solution. The team has an unrivalled track record in terms of experience, operation environments, rig types, wells drilled and completion types.
Our approach to performance improvement combines continuous improvement principles with behavioural change. Each project beings with a thorough assessment which forms the platform for an engagement phase.
Using our PACE model, our performance coaches work with the offshore team to establish a culture of continuous improvement.
