Evergreen Resources, Inc. is an independent energy company engaged in the exploration, development, production, operation and acquisition of unconventional natural gas properties. Evergreen's current operations are principally focused on developing and expanding its coal bed methane project located in the Raton Basin in southern Colorado. Evergreen also owns exploratory interest in Alaska.
Evergreen Operating Corporation ("EOC") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company that is primarily responsible for drilling, evaluation, production and operations activities associated with Evergreen's properties. The majority of its operations are associated with properties in which Evergreen holds a 100% working interest.
Primero Gas Marketing Company ("Primero") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company that operates the gas gathering and marketing system that connects the Company's Raton Basin wells to the Colorado Interstate Gas (CIG) pipelines. Primero was formed to construct and operate gas gathering systems, as well as gas marketing. Primero markets and sells gas for the Company and other producers in the area.
Evergreen Well Service Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Evergreen Resources that performs fracture stimulation services, cement work, drilling and workovers.
