Dolphin was founded in 1965 under the name of A/S Aker Drilling Company Ltd. Over the years, Dolphin has played a major role in operating and managing drilling vessels, drilling platforms and accommodation rigs world-wide. Furthermore, Dolphin has been providing Hydraulic Workover "Snubbing" Services in the North Sea since 1985 and as such is the largest and most experienced contractor in this specialist market.
