Crown, LLC has developed a 45? self contained mobile water reclamation system that utilizes patent pending and proprietary technologies to process flow back and produced water from drilling operations, as well as runoff water from mining operations.
Recent testing on locations in West Virginia and Kentucky demonstrated the significance of the Crown system. Flow back water from fracking operations in WV entered the Crown system with TDS of 51,200 Mg/L. The water exited the Crown system with TDS of 247 Mg/L. Runoff water from mining operations in KY entered the Crown system with a PH of 2.7 and TDS of 2000 to 3000 Mg/L. The water exited the Crown system with a PH 4.7 to 5.0 and TDS of 37 to 67 Mg/L.
The Crown system is designed to produce water with TDS of less than 500 Mg/L from multiple contaminated water sources. 100% of the water that is treated with the Crown system can be reused in all drilling operations and, in most cases, the treated water is clean enough to discharge back to the environment.
One 45? unit can process up to 2400 barrels of contaminated water per day. Because the Crown system is able to clean 100% of the water it processes, it is capable of producing up to 2,400 barrels per day of clean reusable water without any waste stream which may require disposal. The entire Crown system is built on skids and containerized for complete mobility. It is also fully scalable.
