Certified Emissions Reductions Inc. (CER) is a recognized leader in the supply of certified emission (CER) credits. CER helps companies mitigate the inherent risk of off-balance sheet disclosure by bringing the issue of greenhouse gas liabilities to the balance sheet. Currently, CER has 8 million credits under contract annually, which represents in excess of 1 billion dollars in value over the life of the term. These holdings could be expanded to 50 million credits annually from our existing clients.
