Carbon Energy is a Denver based natural gas and crude oil exploration and production company with offices in Denver, Colorado and Calgary, Alberta. Carbon's United States operations are conducted through its wholly owned subsidiary, Bonneville Fuels Corporation. Carbon's Canadian operations are conducted through its 97% owned subsidiary, CEC Resources, Ltd.
Carbon's U.S. and Canadian operations and reserves are weighted toward natural gas which accounts for approximately 90% of proved reserves and production. Carbon Energy seeks continued growth in value in the U.S. and Canada through the development of existing properties and exploration for oil and gas reserves at its core producing areas.
