CMP Products established in 1957 is a division of British Engines Limited, a privately owned UK engineering company that was itself established in 1922.
CMP are highly regarded as the Specialists in the field of Hazardous Area Cable Gland design and manufacture, with a host of international clients around the world.
CMP Products is a Quality Assured company responsible for its own design and operates a Quality Management System complying with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
CMP Products has it's own regional offices in Houston, Singapore, Dubai, Shanghai, and Australia to support the key markets in the Americas, Far East and Middle East provinces. These offices provide additional back up to our global network of established agents and distributors who represent CMP in all of the major countries of the world.
CMP has a host of Internationally recognised approvals including ATEX, IECEx, UL, cUL, CSA, GOST, NEPSI, TUV, RETIE, and Ukrainian Approval. In addition CMP's Products are also approved by the Marine Classification Societies Lloyds Register (LR), DNV (Det Norske Veritas), and ABS (American Bureau Shipping).
