CBG Corporation is an engineering and manufacturing company focused on the changing needs of the Petroleum Exploration and Production industries. Formed in 1992 by a group of engineering professionals to develop state-of-the-art wireline logging tools the core group of CBG has worked together for nearly 20 years. They began working together as part of the Austin Research Center started by Gearhart Industries in the early 1980?s, and later acquired by Halliburton Energy Services.
CBG strives to enhance it?s catalog of products, designed and manufactured in-house, as well as offering it?s services as an outsource to the industry. CBG has successfully completed development projects and manufacturing for the major services companies, as well as smaller independents.
CBG produces a complete digital Production Logging string of tools that operate and are supported by the WARRIOR TM (Scientific Data Systems) logging software and computer system.
CBG has supplied hundreds of natural Gamma-Ray tools to the industry since 1993, for use in Production Logging, Directional Drilling, Under balanced Drilling, MWD, and Perforating. Their compact and rugged design and assembly have made these tools the first choice by professionals in the field who need reliability, repeatability.
